Norfolk Public Schools Staff/Substitute Handbooks are designed to provide our employees and substitute teachers with the information they need to be successful members of the School District and are to be used as a guide in carrying out the school board policies and the administrative rules and procedures. If there is a question of interpretation of any of the items contained herein, the interpretation will be made by the district administration.
