NPS offers a dual-choice option with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for health insurance.
**Certified staff must have an FTE of .4 or more in order to be able to participate in this program. Full time Certified staff are provided with $11,428/year to apply towards all benefits. (An additional $250/month is provided to those that take more than the employee only health coverage.)
**Classifed staff must work 35 hours or more per week to be able to participate in this program. NPS will contribute to the cost of an employee only health and dental HDHP for those that qualify. (An additional $250/month times the number of months worked will be provided for those that take more than the employee only health coverage.)
