NPS offers a dual-choice option with Blue Cross/Blue Shield for health insurance.
**Certified staff must have an FTE of .4 or more to be eligible for benefits.
**Classified staff must work 35 hours or more per week to be able to participate in health insurance. NPS will contribute to the cost of an employee only health and dental HDHP for those that qualify. (An additional $250/month times the number of months worked will be provided for those that take more than the employee only health coverage.)
**Classified staff must work a minimum of 17.5 hours per week to be eligible for any benefits.
