NHS Cheerleaders to Host Junior Cheer Camp

NHS Cheerleaders will be holding their annual “Cheer Camp” on Saturday, February 8, 2019 from 8am - 12pm, at the Junior High with a performance of what they learned at 12:00 pm.  All girls in grades Kindergarten – 8th grade are invited to attend.  Cost of the camp is $30.00 per camper (checks payable to Norfolk Senior High).

Construction Career Academy Student Build Shed

The 2019 NHS career academy construction class built a 16 x 12 storage shed for Phil Bloom, the father of one of the construction students. It was the perfect size shed for us to build as it entailed many aspects of common construction practices used in today's industry and we were able to complete it in our semester time frame.

Educator's Rising Preschool Party

On Thursday, December 12th, Norfolk Senior High’s Educators Rising group hosted a Winter Wonderland for the Little Panthers Preschool. NHS One Act Earns State Runner-Up

The Norfolk Play Production team finished as state runner-up for the second consecutive year. 

The play was called "The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical."

Nebraska Association of Student Councils Retreat

Madelyn Lingenfelter, Julie Durio, Sheila Reyna, & Amaya Williams along with their advisor Mrs. Esmeralda Martinez attended the Nebraska Association of Student Councils LEARN Retreat in Kearney, NE on November 23rd.   While at Kearney, the state and district officers and advisors were able to obtain information for their positions.  They also discussed plans and goals for the year.  Way to work…
