FAFSA (Free  Application for Federal Student Aid)

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is the online application that students and parents can complete to apply for federal grants, work-study, and student loans. Additional information is linked here.

COLLEGE ENTRANCE EXAMS

Many colleges and universities require entrance exams like the ACT or SAT. Scores are used to assess college readiness, offer admission, and award scholarships. Always check with the college or university to determine which, if any, entrance exam should be taken.

DUAL CREDIT 

Some high school courses are offered for college credit in addition to the high school credit. Students enrolled in these high school course are NOT REQUIRED to take the course for college credit. Norfolk Senior High offers dual credit courses through three different institutions: Wayne State College, Nebraska Wesleyan University, and Northeast Community College.
