Hello, what you are looking at here is Staff pages, method one. This text is entered directly into the content section of the page, however the staff content below comes from a combination of the templates used on the pages below this page and how those pages are built. Please diregard the duplicate information and such as this is only filler data to illustrate the functionality.
Let me elaborate.
This page uses the template "Staff Main Page Template"... underneath this page are "container" resources for the different groups of "Adminsitrators,Admins .. etc" these container resources use the standard "Inside Page Template".. but they have "Hide from Menus" checked. Inside of these resources are individual staff member pages using one of the Staff member templates.
BTW, you can create a sub resource inside of a group like Teachers and call it "Spanish", use the "Staff Main Page" template and put staff member pages inside of it, there are also other ways to handle sub groups of main groups.
What results is a page that might be appropriate for a small building with a limited number of staff all displayed on the same page. The order of the groups is controlled by the order in which the container resources appear in the resource tree. The order of the members in each group is likewize controlled by their order inside of each folder in the resource tree.
