This semester Mrs. Gubbels' class got to be the recycling crew for Westside. They showed a lot of responsibility and ownership over the project! They recycled once a week and took care of each classroom, hallway bins, and large cardboard boxes from around the building. The students recently reflected on this experience by writing tips and tricks for Mrs. Merchant's students as they will take over in the second semester. Mrs. Gubbels' class will be having an "end of recycling" party to celebrate their hard work this semester!
