Mrs. Morgan's first graders took a walking field trip to US92 and News Channel Nebraska. They have been studying how weather affects us in their reading class.
The class was able to see how News Channel Nebraska shows the weather on television with a green screen.
The first graders were able to see the inside of the radio station. While in the station, they were recorded reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Everyone who listened to US92 the next morning were able to hear the class!
What a great way to exercise, learn about broadcasting and weather!
