Currently, we are finishing up a jump rope unit. Students had the opportunity to watch a couple short videos of professional jump ropers (Vivien Vajda and Nick Woodard). They were amazed by the stunts and tricks they watched. World champion Nick Woodard even provides online jump rope training - https://www.nickwoodardjump.com/.
Soon, we will be using jump bands (also called Chinese jump ropes), and then we will move on to a short gymnastics unit. Upcoming activities this spring include hockey, bowling, soccer, and more. Stay tuned this spring for more pictures/information.
