Join an outstanding after-school program!
We are happy you are interested in enrolling your student(s) to be a part of a safe, interactive, and enriching after-school program!
To register your student, please have them fill out the "Sign Up Form" for the current quarter or summer. Parents must fill out a "2017-2018 Student Enrollment Form" for their son(s)/daughter(s). Once the forms are complete, please return them to the appropriate school, or it may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
SUMMER AFTERSHOCK SIGN UP FORM
Forms can be turned in at the Norfolk Middle School or Norfolk Junior High School. They can also be scanned and submitted electronically by emailing them .
Cost of the Program:
Aftershock charges a one time material's fee per quarter. The cost helps offset the cost for materials, snacks, and other supplies for the program. The cost is broken down based on the number of clubs students attend. Beginning August, 2018 all fees will be waived for families that qualify for free/reduced lunch and have completed the Fee Waiver Form. The material's fee breakdown is as follows:
For the School Year:
- 2 or more clubs per week = $50 per quarter
- 1 club per week or both sessions on Wednesday = $25 per quarter
For the Summer:
- Standard Rate = $20 per week or $60 for 3 or more weeks.
