Red Ribbon Week
Montessori Students will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week during the week of September 30- October 4. This week is a time to learn about the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol and to help students make wise decisions about their health. We will be celebrating healthy choices by participating in the daily themes as follows:
Monday, September 30
“Red-y” to Be Drug Free”
Students will wear red clothing
Tuesday, October 1
“Say Peace Out to Drugs”
Students will wear colorful clothes or tie-dye clothing
Wednesday, October 2
“Turn Your Back on Drugs”
Students will wear their clothes backwards
Thursday, October 3
“Your Choices Are the Key to Your Dreams”
Students will wear pajamas
Friday, October 4
“Keep Your Paws off Drugs”
Students will wear panther gear
Saturday, October 5
Red Ribbon Run
