What is the Lou's Lincoln-Montessori Panther Pack?
Lou's and Montessori have started a partnership. This past month Montessori students decorated grocery bags from Lou's that they were able to then put among their bags for customers. Lou's will be sponsoring a Panther Pack day at school each month for our students.
Montessori Panther Pack students are:
Leaders, Collaborators, Global Thinkers, Organized, Respectful, Responsible, Self-disciplined, Independent, Creative/Inventive, Peacekeepers, Peacemakers.
Every month the teachers will choose 2 from each class who represent these character traits.
We had our first "Panther Pack" recognition this morning (10-26)! It went great and the kids learned about kiwi and had that for a snack. They also received a package of mini muffins and a bottle of juice! We read off the cards and they loved hearing all the great compliments that were given to them. Mike, from Lou's, was super impressed and enjoyed interacting with the kiddos.
Our partnership is off to a great start! Students can now take their green card to Lou's and get a free liter of pop and get their picture taken to put on a bulletin board there.
