Grant 2nd graders were so excited to start school! Many fun activities consisted of getting to know each other and learning about our school family. We started the first day of school with First Day Jitters! We read a book about jitters, got to sample jitter juice and create a class graph. We found out we really don’t have jitters anymore, just excited for school to start.
We have continued by doing many fun activities learning about each other in our classroom. We created play-doh sculptures, shared our all about me bags, and even learned to play Guess Who? We are now writing clues and creating our own Guess Who portraits!
Grant 2nd graders are off to an amazing start to the school year! We are looking forward to many fun days ahead in our classroom!
