Math facts are an essential part of every student’s learning. At Grant Elementary, students spend time each day practicing their math facts. By knowing their math facts, students increase their accuracy when solving multi-step math problems.
In 4th grade, there are so many ways to practice math facts. Students can use different websites, like Xtramath or IXL. They can also use games! Some of the games used in 4th grade are Four in a Row, Math Duel, Pop! and Battleship. Students also have their own set of flashcards to practice. They enjoy pairing up to help each other learn.
