Hour of Code at Grant Elementary

First Graders Decorate Goody Bags

Shopko Foundation Helps Fund One Book, Grant School Program

Each Grant family and staff member will receive the same book, Mr. Popper's Penguins to read a chapter nightly at home in January. Field Trip Fun for Miss Gleason's Third Graders

Miss Gleason's third grade class from Grant Elementary had a wonderful time at the Science Expo in Madison, Nebraska. Some of our favorite exhibits were the Wildlife Encounters, Horn T Zoo, driving the go carts with the drunk driving goggles on, and being put inside a bubble. Prime Time Family Reading Nights are Underway!!

Prime Time Family Reading Night is off to a great start at Grant Elementary! There were about 50 students and parents participating on our first night! Miss Cronin and Mrs. Kallhoff were our storytellers and discussion leaders. We always end the evening with a fun activity. We are looking forward to the next 5 weeks.
