Norfolk Public Schools' policy is to provide fee waivers in accordance with the Public Elementary and Secondary Student Fee Authorization Act. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunches may also qualify to have fees associated with certain activities waived. Students must complete a fee waiver form prior to participating in or purchasing materials for selected activities. Upon approval of the fee waiver form, all fees associated with those selected activities will be waived. Please click on the appropriate links for more information.
