The Edgerton Science Center and Nebraska Game and Parks collaborated with teachers at Woodland Park to provide an exciting day of exploration and discovery. Students participated in labs including Slime, Rockets, Trebuchets. Demonstrations included Bubbles, Artic Blast, Sparks, Stopping Time and Good Vibrations. Wildlife was explored through working webs, Bird Beak Buffet and Who "Dung" it.
When not involved with Edgerton or The Nebraska Game and Parks, students were conducting experiments and investigations in their classrooms as well as learning about Dr. Edgerton and the New Horizons space probe. It was an involved and engaging day for all!
